Privacy Policy

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address — so we can send you a launch invite.
• What you tell the calculator — for example your typical weekly betting amount and the types of betting you selected. This is optional context that helps us build the product.
• Your language (English or German).
• Basic referral information — which campaign or link brought you here (e.g. a UTM tag and the referring site), so we understand which channels work.

We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to count page visits. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

To operate the waitlist and notify you when wequitt launches, and to understand — in aggregate — which messages and channels resonate so we can build something people actually want. That is the only purpose.

Your waitlist entry is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf and may store data on servers in the EU or US. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Until we launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch, we will delete the waitlist.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR, the Swiss FADP, or California law), you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make any of these requests, just email us and we will handle it.
